Picasso Bowl

Hand-thrown stoneware tall pedestal bowl, dolomite glazed in an electric kiln. Approximately 140mm in diameter x 120mm tall, made in Kent. Available to buy with a pair of 100% British beeswax conical candles.

This beautiful matte oat coloured glaze used by Gillian for this collection of tableware has a distinctive crazed effect, which is more visible when the piece is heated or washed using very hot water.  Please note that the clay is completely impervious and fired to 1265°C.  This is just a decorative effect.
