Shipping/Collection
UK Shipping
  • Delivery is between 1 - 3 working days from despatch.
  • All orders to mainland UK are posted with a tracked service via Royal Mail, some orders will be posted Special Delivery if they are of high value.
  • Shipping charges are from £4 to £30 depending on the size and value of your order.
UK Shipping Classes
  • Class A: £12.00
  • Class B: £8.00
  • Class C: £6.50
  • Class D: £5.00
  • Class E: £4.00
  • Class F: £20.00
  • Class G: £30.00
Collection
  • If you would like to collect your order in person, just select Local Pickup as your shipping option at checkout.
  • We will get your order packed up for you and let you know by email as soon as it is ready for collection.
    This is likely to be the next day the shop is open but we will keep it for you until you are able to pop in.
International shipping

Sorry we are no longer able to ship orders outside the UK.

Artwork
  • Larger artworks may be subject to an additional delivery charge to cover the cost of insurance.
  • Please contact us should you wish to know how much a certain piece will cost to deliver.
  • Should a larger or higher value order require an additional delivery charge, we will contact you after your order has been made to discuss and arrange payment.
  • Most artworks are supplied unframed unless otherwise stated. If you require a framing quote please email us.
Returns
  • Replacements or refunds will be given where possible on products/artwork that have suffered damage during transit.
    Please ensure to thoroughly check your item on its arrival.
  • If you are not happy with your order or have changed your mind you have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer),
    return the goods in original condition (at your cost) and receive either a full refund or replacement goods.
  • Please send an email to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.
  • With artwork it is important that the piece is shipped with full insurance cover.
Consumer Rights
  • The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  • None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
